Welcome to Song Lyric T Shirts (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you (“the customer,” “user,” or “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCT NATURE

Print-on-Demand Fulfillment: All products sold on this website are custom-made to order. We partner with global third-party networks, specifically Gelato, to print and ship your items.
Mockups vs. Final Product: Product images and mockups on our website are digital representations. While we strive for accuracy, actual print colours, brightness, and design positioning on the apparel may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen.

2. PLACING ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Order Acceptance: Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our manufacturing network for custom production. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify product prices and shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

3. SIZING, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS

Sizing Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for reviewing the size charts provided on each product page before making a purchase.
No Buyer’s Remorse Returns: Because every item is uniquely printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
Cancellations: Orders enter production almost immediately. We cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications can be made once an order is submitted. Please double-check your order details before checking out.

4. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Manufacturing Defects: If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will happily provide a replacement at no extra charge.
Reporting Window: You must report any defects to our customer service team at info@songlyrictshirts.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Proof Required: You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, along with your order number, to qualify for a reprint. Do not mail items back to us or the printing facility unless explicitly instructed.

5. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND CUSTOMS

Shipping Estimates: Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping couriers, postal strikes, weather conditions, or busy holiday seasons.
Incorrect Addresses: If a package is returned to the production facility because you provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you will be liable for the costs of re-shipping the item.
Customs and Import Fees: Depending on your location and local facility availability, your order may ship internationally. You are solely responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country’s customs authorities.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content: All graphics, typography, t-shirt designs, logos, text, and website layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of Song Lyric T Shirts and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our designs under any circumstances.
No User Uploads: This store does not accept user-generated designs. Any unauthorized attempts to alter our products or inject custom artwork into our system are strictly prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Garment Stock Availability: If a specific t-shirt brand, colour, or size blank is out of stock at the print facility, we reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative blank garment of equal or higher quality.
Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total financial liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the actual price paid by you for that specific order.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
